International Investigations

We have an extensive understanding and knowledge of the Latin American culture, have a close association and networking relationships with our large FBI alumni network and In-Country investigative resources in most Latin America countries and other locations worldwide.  Our international investigative resources are experienced, trustworthy and reliable professionals that include lawyers, former law enforcement officials and prosecutors, accountants and experts in other key technical fields such as computers and information technology.  We rely on them to assist and enable us to consistently and effectively deliver and meet your requirements and needs in a timely manner.

HGA Investigations has an alliance and partnership with Forensis Global Group S.A.S, a multidiscipline scientific, legal and forensic investigative firm based in Bogota, Colombia whose principals are former Colombia Attorney General’s office (“Fiscalia”) executives, prosecutors and investigators.   

Among the countries where we've had engagement experience and/or where we have resources in place to assist us in corporate and litigation support investigations include: Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras Salvador, Panamá and Asia.  Note: Resources in other countries are currently being evaluated and we expect to add them to our network in the foreseeable future.
